Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by messaging me on social media or filling out a quote request form on my website.

How far in advance should I order?
I recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. My calendar fills up quickly, especially around holidays.

Do you have a minimum order for custom cookies?
Yes, the minimum order for custom cookies is one dozen.

Can I request a specific theme or design?
Absolutely! I specialize in custom sugar cookies and can create designs to match your theme. Feel free to send inspiration photos, but please note that I do not replicate other decorators' work exactly. I also do not sell copyrighted character cookies under any circumstances. You may occasionally see character cookies on my page, as I sometimes make them as gifts for friends and family.

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or other allergen-friendly cookies?
At this time, I do not offer allergen-free cookies. My cookies contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and they are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts.

Do you use artificial food coloring?
Yes, I use artificial food colors in my cookies and icing. If you have sensitivities or concerns, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to discuss possible alternatives.

Pricing & Payment

How much do your cookies cost?
Pricing varies based on design complexity:

  • Basic (Minimal design, 1-3 colors): $3.50 per cookie / $42 per dozen

  • Detailed (Moderate details, 3-5 colors): $4.00 per cookie / $48 per dozen

  • Elaborate (Elaborate details, 6+ colors): $5.50 per cookie / $66 per dozen

Holiday pre-sales and market events may have set pricing, which will be posted in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?
For custom orders, I email an invoice with the due date listed. Customers can pay using Apple Pay or credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). These same options apply to pre-orders.

For markets, I use a Square terminal and accept cash and card payments.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Once baked, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of my cookies, refunds or exchanges are not offered. However, I will do my best to accommodate clients when possible, such as applying a credit toward a future order or advising on how to properly freeze cookies if an event is delayed.

Pickup & Storage

Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is primarily in Owasso, OK, although other arrangements can be made upon request. The exact address will be provided after payment. Occasionally, I offer pop-up sales or market events where cookies can be purchased. In case of bad weather, I may arrange to meet you at a different location for pickup.

Can you ship your cookies?
No, I am unable to ship cookies at this time.

How should I store my cookies?
Cookies should be kept at room temperature in their sealed packaging and are best enjoyed within 7-10 days. If you need to store them longer, they freeze well for up to 3 months—just keep them in an airtight container and thaw at room temperature before serving. For best results, they should have at least two layers of protection:

  • Loose (not heat-sealed) cookies should be placed in a plastic storage bag before being stored in a hard-sided airtight container.

  • Allow frozen cookies to come to room temperature before opening the container to prevent condensation from ruining the designs.

What if my cookies break after I pick them up?
Once cookies leave my hands, I am no longer responsible for any breaks or damage. I take great care in packaging them securely to minimize any risk, but please handle them with care, especially during transport.

Events & Holiday Sales

Do you sell cookies at markets or pop-ups?
Yes! I participate in local markets, such as Vintage Market Days of Tulsa (May 2-4, 2025). Follow me on social media for upcoming events and pre-sale announcements.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
For large corporate or event orders, I may be able to offer a discount. Message me for details!

Do you offer holiday pre-sales?
Yes! I offer pre-sales for major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. These sell out quickly, so keep an eye on my website and social media.
